When the second anchoring plate moves, the abutting rod can relatively rotate on the second anchoring plate and firmly abut against the inner side of the hole wall, the anchor cable in the hole further abuts against the hole wall through deflection of the abutting rod, the load borne by the anchor cable is increased, then secondary grouting and slurry splitting are carried out, then the anchor cable is installed, the abutting rod abuts against the interior of the hole wall, and the anchor cable is installed in the hole wall. And in cooperation with subsequently poured concrete grout, the bending resistance and rigidity of the anchor cable are improved, and the durability of the anchor cable is improved.
本发明属于锚索施工技术领域,具体的说是一种高边坡锚索加固装置,包括位于锚索端部的套管;利用孔外的预应力拉力机对锚索进行张拉锁定,锁定的过程中,预应力拉力机会将张拉力传递至已固定的第一锚固板处,进而使得处于锚索自由段中的第二锚固板随着钢绞线朝远离孔底方向移动部分距离,此时由于抵杆抵触在孔壁上,当第二锚固板移动时,抵杆会相对转动在第二锚固板上,并牢牢地抵紧在孔壁内侧,且通过抵杆偏转,使得孔内的锚索与孔壁进一步抵紧,使得锚索所承受的荷载增加,随后再进行二次注浆、劈浆后完成锚索的安装,通过抵杆抵紧在孔壁内,配合后续浇筑的混凝土浆,使得锚索抗弯能力和刚度都得到提升,增加了锚索的耐久性。
