The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a basement waterproof structure and a construction technology.The basement waterproof structure comprises a cushion soil layer, a basement bottom plate, an anti-seepage film, a reinforced concrete layer and a surface protection layer which are sequentially laid in an overlapped mode from bottom to top, water guiding grooves are evenly formed in the surface of the basement bottom plate, and the anti-seepage film is laid on the surface of the basement bottom plate; according to the basement waterproof structure, the anti-seepage film is laid on the top of the basement bottom plate, the anti-seepage film is matched with the first waterproof layer to form a double-anti-seepage structure, and compared with a traditional waterproof layer of a single structure, the basement waterproof structure has the better anti-seepage effect; and the water guiding grooves formed in the top of the basement bottom plate and the water collecting ditches form a flow guiding and drainage structure, seepage water seeping from the lower layer can be guided, collected and drained into an external drainage structure, and compared with a traditional isolation type waterproof structure, the anti-seepage effect is better, and the service life is longer.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,且公开了地下室防水结构及施工工艺,包括从下向上依次叠铺的垫土层、地下室底板、防渗膜、钢筋混凝土层和表面防护层,地下室底板的表面均匀开设有导水槽,防渗膜铺设于地下室底板的表面,防渗膜的顶部铺设有第一防水层,地下室底板的两侧均开设有集水沟,集水沟与导水槽相连通,本地下室防水结构在地下室底板的顶部铺设防渗膜配合第一防水层构成双重防渗结构,相比于传统单一式结构的防水层具有更好的防渗效果,而且利用在地下室底板顶部设置的导水槽与集水沟构成导流排水结构,可对下层渗出的渗水进行导流收集并排出到外部的排水结构内,相比于传统的隔绝式防水结构,具有更好的防渗效果和使用寿命。
