A basement waterproof construction technology comprises the following steps that the surface of a base layer is treated to be smooth, and the water content is kept to be smaller than 10%; a control line of the pre-paved high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material is arranged on the surface of the treated and flattened base layer; pre-paved high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled materials are paved according to the control line, the lap joint length of two adjacent pre-paved high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled materials in the width direction is 70-90 mm, the staggered length of two adjacent pre-paved high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled materials in the length direction is 290-310 mm, and in addition, the lap joint length of the two adjacent pre-paved high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled materials in the width direction is 70-90 mm; and the particle sand layer of the pre-paved high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material faces outwards. The pre-paved high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material has the characteristics that a protective layer does not need to be designed, the requirement on a base layer is low, a base layer treating agent is not needed, the base layer is continuously cleaned, and the base layer has no obvious concave-convex, so that the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the waterproof cost and the construction cost are reduced.
