Connecting joint of box type stiff column and concrete beam
The invention discloses a connecting joint of a box type stiff column and a concrete beam. The connecting joint comprises a steel box welded to the side wall face of the box type stiff column. The steel box is of a cubic cavity structure with an opening in the upper end, an inner side plate of the steel box is connected with a web plate of the box type stiff column in a full welding mode, and a plurality of vertical reserved opening grooves are formed in an outer side plate of the steel box at intervals; two layers of longitudinal bars are erected in the reserved open grooves, the ends of the longitudinal bars extend into a cavity of the steel box, and concrete is poured into the steel box so that the steel box and the two layers of longitudinal bars can be fixedly connected into a whole to form the connecting joint. The method has the advantages that (1) the steel box is connected with the longitudinal bars of the concrete beam, so that the strength is higher than that of common welding connection, the construction is quick, and the labor cost is reduced; longitudinal bars are arranged in the steel box, the manufacturing period of a reinforcement cage of the concrete beam is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved; and (3) the steel box is used as a permanent template and a permanent component, so that the connection strength of the box-type stiff column and the concrete column is enhanced, and the construction is convenient.
本发明公开了一种箱型劲性柱与混凝土梁连接节点,包括焊接于箱型劲性柱侧壁面上的钢盒子;钢盒子呈上端敞口的立方腔体构造,钢盒子的内侧板与箱型劲性柱的腹板满焊连接,钢盒子的外侧板上间隔开设有若干道呈竖向的预留开口槽;预留开口槽内架设有两层纵筋,且纵筋的端部延伸入钢盒子腔体内,钢盒子内浇筑有混凝土以使钢盒子与两层纵筋固结为一体形成连接节点。本发明的优点是:(1)用钢盒子与混凝土梁的纵筋连接,比常用的焊接连接强度更高,施工快捷且减少人工成本;(2)在钢盒子中布设纵筋减少混凝土梁的钢筋笼制作周期提高施工效率;(3)钢盒子作为永久模板,作为永久构件加强了箱型劲性柱与混凝土柱的连接强度,且施工方便。
