Construction method for connecting joint of box type stiff column and concrete beam
The invention discloses a construction method of a box type stiff column and concrete beam connecting joint. The construction method comprises the following steps that two sets of steel boxes are welded to the opposite side wall faces of two box type stiff columns correspondingly; spiral stirrups are pre-arranged between the two groups of steel boxes; meanwhile, upper main reinforcements and lower main reinforcements are erected between the two groups of steel boxes to jointly form main reinforcements of the concrete beam; and the ends of the upper main reinforcement and the lower main reinforcement extend into the steel box, and concrete is poured into the steel box to form a connecting node for connecting the box-type stiff column and the concrete beam. The method has the advantages that (1) the box type stiff column and the concrete beam are connected through the steel box and the high-performance concrete, the strength is higher than that of common welding connection, construction is rapid, and the labor cost is reduced; and (2) the steel box is used as a permanent template and a permanent component, so that the connection strength of the box-type stiff column and the concrete column is enhanced, and the construction is convenient.
本发明公开了一种箱型劲性柱与混凝土梁连接节点的施工方法,包括以下步骤:在两箱型劲性柱相对的侧壁面上分别焊接一组钢盒子;在两组钢盒子之间预设置螺旋型箍筋;同时在两组钢盒子之间架设上部主筋和下部主筋,共同组成混凝土梁的主筋;上部主筋与下部主筋的端头延伸入钢盒子内并于钢盒子内浇注混凝土以形成连接箱型劲性柱和混凝土梁的连接节点。本发明的优点是:(1)用钢盒子与高性能混凝土连接箱型劲性柱与混凝土梁,比常用的焊接连接强度更高,施工快捷且减少人工成本;(2)钢盒子作为永久模板,作为永久构件加强了箱型劲性柱与混凝土柱的连接强度,且施工方便。
