The invention relates to a structural sloping overhead permeable roof with a sports field and a construction method.The structural sloping overhead permeable roof comprises a first roof body and a second roof body, the first roof body is a structural sloping roof body with a gradient on the surface, and the first roof body is arranged on a steel truss; the first roof comprises a reinforced concrete structural slab, a waterproof layer, a heat preservation layer and a rigid protection layer from bottom to top, a drainage ditch and a plurality of column piers are arranged at the top of the rigid protection layer, the elevations of the tops of all the column piers are consistent, and the bottoms of the column piers are connected with the structural slab into a whole; and the second roof is a permeable roof with a sports field. The designed overhead permeable roof is provided with the sports field, the sports field is built on the roof of a building, the utilization rate of the roof of the building is fully increased, the number of the sports fields in a city is increased, water cannot be accumulated in the sports field, and the load and waterproof requirements for the first roof bearing the sports field are also reduced.
