A left spring telescopic assembly is arranged between the left supporting assembly and the middle supporting assembly, a right spring telescopic assembly is arranged between the middle supporting assembly and the right supporting assembly, a panel is arranged at the top of the middle supporting assembly and covers an upper opening of the expansion joint, and the two sides of the panel are in sliding fit with the top of the left supporting assembly and the top of the right supporting assembly respectively.
