Technological process for reinforcing ancient building rammed earth wall through combination of wood structure and bamboo reinforcements
The invention relates to a technological process for reinforcing an ancient building rammed-earth wall through combination of wood structures and bamboo reinforcements, which comprises the following steps: before reinforcing, drilling a certain number of holes in the wall body of the existing rammed-earth wall and removing loose topsoil on the surface of the wall body, and then spraying an adhesion agent on the surface of the existing rammed-earth wall, the surface of a bamboo reinforcement net and a wood constructional column in contact with the wall surface; the wood constructional columns and the bamboo reinforcement net are fixed to the existing rammed earth wall through opposite penetrating bolts, and the wood constructional columns and the bamboo reinforcement net are connected through bamboo nails; then, a gap between the wood constructional column and the existing rammed earth wall is filled with soil grouting materials in a grouting mode; then ramming the surface layer of the newly added rammed earth wall to the lower part of the wood ring beam; finally, a wood ring beam coated with an adhesion agent is installed, the newly-added rammed earth wall surface layer is located below the wood ring beam, the two ends of the wood ring beam and the top ends of the wood constructional columns on the two sides, namely intersection joints of the wood constructional columns and the wood ring beam are connected through flat iron, the wood ring beam and the wood constructional columns on the two sides form a door frame shape, and good bearing capacity and anti-seismic performance can be achieved; and the effect of keeping the original building historical styles and features can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种木结构竹筋组合加固古建夯土墙的工艺流程,加固前在既有夯土墙墙体钻一定数量孔并且剔除墙体表面松散浮土,之后将界面剂喷涂在既有夯土墙表面、竹筋网表面和与墙面接触的木构造柱上,通过对穿螺栓将木构造柱和竹筋网固定在既有夯土墙上,木构造柱和竹筋网通过竹钉连接;而后通过土质灌浆料灌浆填充木构造柱与既有夯土墙的间隙;然后夯筑新增夯土墙表层,直至木圈梁下方;最后安装涂有界面剂的木圈梁,新增夯土墙表层位于木圈梁下方,木圈梁两端和两侧的木构造柱的顶端即木构造柱与木圈梁相交节点用扁铁连接,木圈梁和两侧的木构造柱组成门框形状,能够起到较好的承载能力和抗震性能,能达到保留原有建筑历史风貌的效果。
