The invention discloses a masonry outer wall reinforcing and energy-saving integrated transformation method which comprises the following steps: constructing a modular thermal insulation wallboard which has a rib-out-free arrangement; then, the modular wallboards are spliced and installed along the outer surface of the original masonry outer wall; and then, the modular wall plate and the original masonry outer wall are fixed by inserting anti-pulling heat preservation nails into the modular wall plate and the original masonry outer wall. According to the masonry outer wall reinforcing and energy-saving integrated transformation scheme, reinforcement and energy-saving transformation of the masonry outer wall are effectively achieved on the basis of the modular thermal insulation wallboard and the anti-pulling thermal insulation nails serving as the connecting keys at the same time, and the construction time and cost can be greatly reduced through design and manufacturing of the modular wallboard; and meanwhile, the safety and efficiency of construction are improved, and the requirements of modern buildings on the aspects of building safety, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like can be met.
