Outer wall anti-collapse structure for energy-saving transformation of masonry building
The outer wall anti-collapse structure comprises an outer wall and a steel structure, and is characterized in that the steel structure is composed of steel columns and steel beams, a seam with the width of 80-150 mm is formed between each steel column and the outer wall, the steel columns and a ground ring beam are fixedly connected through first embedded steel bars, the steel columns and the outer wall are fixedly connected through multiple sets of tie bars, and the steel columns and the outer wall are fixedly connected through second embedded steel bars. The steel column is connected with the ring beam through a ring beam connecting structure; the ring beam connecting structure comprises a stiffening plate and a spring plate, the stiffening plate is fixedly welded to the steel column, one end of the spring plate is fixedly connected with the stiffening plate, and the other end of the spring plate is fixedly connected with the ring beam through a second embedded steel bar. Lateral constraint is provided for the outer wall, the outer wall is separated from a vertical load, collapse prevention of the outer wall is achieved, the outer wall of an existing building can be effectively utilized, environmental protection and energy saving can be achieved, the method can be suitable for masonry buildings which are not allowed to be disassembled and built in planning, and the appearance and historical value of the building are reserved.
本发明公开了一种用于砌体建筑节能改造的外墙防倒塌结构,包括外墙、钢结构,其特征在于:钢结构由钢柱和钢梁构成,每一钢柱与外墙之间设有80~150mm宽的缝,钢柱与地圈梁之间经第一植筋固定连接,钢柱与外墙之间经多组拉结筋固定连接,钢柱与圈梁之间经圈梁连接结构连接;圈梁连接结构包括加劲板和弹簧板,加劲板焊接固定在钢柱上,弹簧板一端与加劲板固定连接,另一端经第二植筋与圈梁固定连接。本发明既对外墙提供侧向约束,又使外墙与竖向荷载脱离,实现了对外墙的防倒塌,能有效利用现有建筑的外墙,既能实现环保节能,又能适用于规划上不允许拆建的砌体建筑,保留建筑外观和历史价值。
