The invention discloses a high-entropy ceramic material for high-energy electron protection, a coating and a preparation method of the high-entropy ceramic material and the coating, and belongs to the field of radiation shielding materials. The invention provides a high-energy electron protection material and a coating. The high-entropy ceramic material disclosed by the invention is (La0. 2Ce0. 2Eu0. 2Gd0. 2Yb0. 2) 2Ti2O7, and is prepared by adopting a high-temperature solid phase method, a laser cladding method and a plasma sintering method. The preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps: firstly, cleaning the surface of a substrate by using acetone to remove oil stains, dust and other impurities, then carrying out sand blasting treatment by using brown aluminum oxide, and then spraying (La0. 2Ce0. 2Eu0. 2Gd0. 2Yb0. 2) 2Ti2O7 high-entropy ceramic powder on the substrate by using high-pressure air as spraying carrier gas. According to the high-entropy ceramic material and the coating disclosed by the invention, mutual cooperation of elements on a microscopic level is more particularly utilized to construct a multi-component material under a microscopic scale, so that the synergistic effect among the components can be enhanced, the transmission behavior of particles in the material is regulated and controlled, and the high-energy electron shielding performance of the material is improved; the material can be used in the field of protection required by radiation-proof clothes in work, electronic devices in spacecrafts and shells of the spacecrafts.
