Carbon copper fiber pantograph carbon slide plate composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle equipment preparation, in particular to a carbon-copper fiber pantograph carbon slide plate composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a carbon-copper fiber preform; step 2, preparing resin slurry; step 3, resin impregnation; step 4, performing mould pressing carbonization forming; 5, chemical vapor deposition densification is carried out; and 6, performing high-temperature heat treatment to obtain the final pantograph carbon slide plate composite material. The short carbon fibers and the copper wires are carded to form the net tire, and then the net tire is needled to form the prefabricated body, so that the defect that a traditional carbon fiber structure pantograph material has obvious anisotropy is effectively overcome; the catalyzable graphite powder is added into the resin to prepare the resin slurry, so that the graphitization degree of resin carbon and subsequently deposited carbon can be effectively improved, and the resistivity of the whole pantograph material is further reduced; and a compression molding mode is adopted, so that the overall mechanical property and conductivity of the material are obviously improved.
