Carbon fiber-graphene oxide reinforced carbon-based pantograph slide plate and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a carbon fiber-graphene oxide reinforced carbon-based pantograph slide plate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) desizing carbon fibers, and sequentially carrying out acid treatment and surface modification to obtain modified carbon fibers; b) mixing the modified carbon fiber obtained in the step a) with chemically treated graphene oxide and a solvent, carrying out an activation reaction, and centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide coated carbon fiber; and c) mixing the graphene oxide coated carbon fiber obtained in the step b) with pitch coke, petroleum coke, crystalline flake graphite and pitch melt, and sequentially performing mixing and kneading, sheet rolling, powdering, pressing, roasting and dipping to obtain the carbon fiber-graphene oxide reinforced carbon-based pantograph slide plate. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that specific process steps are adopted, overall better interaction is realized, various properties of the obtained pantograph slide plate are improved, and particularly, the conductivity and compressive strength are greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种碳纤维‑氧化石墨烯增强碳基受电弓滑板及其制备方法;该制备方法包括以下步骤:a)将碳纤维除浆后,依次经酸处理和表面改性,得到改性碳纤维;b)将步骤a)得到的改性碳纤维与化学处理后的氧化石墨烯、溶剂混合,进行活化反应,离心后得到氧化石墨烯包覆的碳纤维;c)将步骤b)得到的氧化石墨烯包覆的碳纤维与沥青焦、石油焦、鳞片石墨、沥青熔体混合,依次经混捏、轧片、打粉、压制、焙烧和浸渍,得到碳纤维‑氧化石墨烯增强碳基受电弓滑板。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的制备方法采用特定工艺步骤,实现整体较好的相互作用,得到的受电弓滑板各项性能都有提升,尤其是导电和抗压强度得到了大幅的提升。
