UHPFRC combined steel bridge deck slab adopting universal cold connection keys
According to the UHPFRC combined steel bridge deck adopting the universal cold connecting keys, the universal cold connecting keys which are evenly distributed are arranged on the steel bridge deck to be connected with an ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material layer, and the universal cold connecting keys are connected with the steel bridge deck in a bonding mode; the ultra-high performance cement-based composite material layer is a co-polyformaldehyde fiber ultra-high performance cement-based composite material layer or a hybrid fiber ultra-high performance cement-based composite material layer. The universal cold connecting keys are adopted, fatigue details introduced by traditional welding shearing force connection are avoided, meanwhile, the connecting keys have the advantages of 360-degree universal shearing resistance, good shearing resistance adaptability, reliable connection and the like, and when the connecting keys are used in cooperation with the polyformaldehyde fibers or the hybrid fibers UHPFRC, the combination rigidity of the combined structure can be remarkably improved, and the fatigue performance of the steel bridge deck can be improved. The method has a wide application prospect in the field of bridge engineering in China.
一种采用万向式冷连接键的UHPFRC组合钢桥面板,通过在钢桥面板上设置均匀分布的万向式冷连接键连接超高性能水泥基复合材料层,万向式冷连接键与钢桥面板通过粘接的方式连接;超高性能水泥基复合材料层为共聚甲醛纤维超高性能水泥基复合材料层或混杂纤维超高性能水泥基复合材料层。本发明采用了万向式冷连接键,避免了传统焊接剪力连接引入的疲劳细节,同时连接键具备360度万向抗剪,抗剪适应性好,连接可靠等优势,与共聚甲醛纤维或混杂纤维UHPFRC搭配使用,可显著提高组合结构组合刚度,提升钢桥面板的疲劳性能。在我国桥梁工程领域有着广阔的应用前景。
