Steel-UHPFRC high-performance combined bridge deck slab structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a steel-UHPFRC high-performance combined bridge deck structure which comprises a pavement layer, a UHPFRC structural layer, a high-toughness epoxy resin adhesive layer and a steel bridge deck. The UHPFRC structure layer and the steel top plate are bonded through a high-toughness epoxy resin adhesive layer; two-sided fillet welds are arranged at the joints of the U-shaped longitudinal ribs and the top plate, and novel holes are formed in the crossed parts of the longitudinal ribs and the transverse partition plates. The construction method comprises the steps that the prefabricated UHPFRC structure layer is manufactured in a blocking mode, the steel bridge deck is manufactured, the prefabricated UHPFRC structure layer and the steel bridge deck are bonded, and bridge deck pavement is conducted. The method has the advantages of being reliable in connection, easy and convenient to construct, convenient to maintain in the later period and the like, the anti-fatigue strength of a combined bridge deck structural system can be remarkably improved, and fatigue cracking of the steel bridge deck and damage to bridge deck pavement are prevented.
