The invention relates to a round-end variable-cross-section steel shell tower section and a manufacturing method, which are applied to a large-span cable-stayed bridge cable tower steel shell manufacturing project, and a reasonable manufacturing process is adopted for manufacturing special steel shell tower sections in blocks; manufacturing of the arc-shaped inner wall plate unit at the variable cross-section is completed by adopting a process of integrally lengthening after local forming; manufacturing an inner wall plate of a straight section at a variable cross-section by adopting a method of assembling a vertical rib after a wall plate integral bending process; and the steel shell block body is manufactured by adopting a manufacturing process of assembling wall plate units in a vertical position matching manner to form steel shell sections and then disassembling the steel shell sections. The method has the advantages that the control requirements of geometric dimension precision, circular arc smoothness, interface slab staggering and other item points of the round-end variable-cross-section steel shell tower section are effectively met.
本发明涉及一种圆端形变截面钢壳塔节段及制作方法,在大跨径斜拉桥索塔钢壳制造项目中应用,采取合理的制造工艺对特殊钢壳塔节段进行分块制作;采用局部成形后整体接长工艺,完成变截面处圆弧形内壁板单元制造;采用壁板整体折弯工艺后组装竖肋的方法,制造变截面处直线段内壁板;钢壳块体采用立位匹配拼装壁板单元形成钢壳节段后解体的制作工艺。优点:有效满足了圆端形变截面钢壳塔节段几何尺寸精度、圆弧平顺度和接口错台等项点的控制要求。
