The invention discloses a cable crane bearing cable construction method for mounting a suspension bridge girder, which comprises the following steps of: anchoring a cable crane bearing cable on an upper cross beam of an adjacent cable tower, or anchoring one end of the cable crane bearing cable on an anchorage of a suspension bridge and anchoring the other end of the cable crane bearing cable on the upper cross beam of the adjacent cable tower to form cable crane single-span bearing cable arrangement; a simulation analysis model of the installation completion state of the suspension bridge main cable containing the cable crane bearing cable is established, and the construction safety is determined by analyzing and simulating the installation working condition and the stress of the working condition of the separated cable crane. Compared with the bearing cable arrangement of a traditional cable crane, the separated cable crane has the advantages that the non-working span bearing cable is omitted, the material loss of the bearing cable can be greatly reduced, the installation workload of the cable crane is reduced, and the construction cost is effectively saved; compared with a traditional cable crane, the vertical deformation is smaller under the working condition, the design rise-span ratio is optimized, the maximum cable force of the bearing cable is reduced, and the construction safety and reliability are improved.
