The invention discloses a steel-concrete segmented combined type open caisson structure and a construction method thereof.The open caisson structure comprises a shaft arranged in a well pit, an open caisson enclosure steel plate matched with the shaft in shape, a steel structure and an open caisson body structure, and the steel structure is detachably arranged at the upper end of the shaft; the open caisson enclosure steel plate is arranged at the upper end of the shaft and detachably connected with the steel structure, a bottom plate and a top plate are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the shaft respectively, and the open caisson body structure is arranged at the upper end of the top plate. The invention provides a steel-concrete segmented combined open caisson structure and a construction method thereof, aiming at overcoming the defects of a traditional reinforced concrete open caisson and achieving the purposes of not only fully utilizing the advantage that an open caisson enclosure can also be used as an overhaul well structure, but also saving the use amount of reinforced concrete, reducing the manufacturing cost and shortening the construction period of a working well.
