The invention discloses an assembly type prefabricated concrete elevator well gallery and a construction method thereof.The elevator well gallery comprises a prefabricated bottom section, a prefabricated top section and a plurality of prefabricated middle sections located between the prefabricated bottom section and the prefabricated top section, and the bottom of the elevator well gallery and a foundation are fixed through the prefabricated bottom section; the prefabricated bottom section and the prefabricated middle sections, the adjacent prefabricated middle sections and the prefabricated middle sections and the prefabricated top section are connected in a matched mode through concave-convex openings, preformed holes are correspondingly formed in the four corners of the prefabricated bottom section, the four corners of the prefabricated middle sections and the four corners of the prefabricated top section, and prestressed steel strands are arranged in the preformed holes in a penetrating mode. The elevator well gallery is divided into a plurality of prefabricated standard knots, after prefabrication is completed, the prefabricated standard knots are directly assembled on site, the construction period of elevator installation is shortened, rapid assembly on site is achieved, and the effects of bearing, heat preservation, sound insulation and high strength of the well gallery are achieved through pouring forming of the concrete frame structure and the heat preservation wall materials and the overall prefabricated structure; and adverse effects on residents in the construction period are reduced.
本发明公开了一种装配式预制混凝土电梯井廊及其施工方法,电梯井廊包括预制底节、预制顶节以及位于两者之间的若干预制中间节,通过预制底节进行电梯井廊底部与地基之间的固定,在预制底节和预制中间节之间、相邻的预制中间节之间以及预制中间节和预制顶节之间均通过凹凸状的启口配合连接,预制底节、预制中间节、预制顶节的四角均对应设有预留孔,预留孔内穿设有预应力钢绞线;本发明电梯井廊分成若干预制标准节,预制完成后,直接在现场进行组装,缩短电梯加装的工期,实现在现场快速组装,通过混凝土框架结构和保温墙材的浇筑成型、整体预制结构,达到了井廊的承重、保温、隔音、高强效果,减轻施工期间对住户产生的不利影响。
