Climbing frame construction method for constructional engineering
The invention discloses a construction method for a building engineering climbing frame. The construction method comprises the following steps that an operation platform beam and a diagonal draw bar are connected and fixed; two metal beams are installed to serve as an operation platform support, springboards are installed on the metal beams, and vertical auxiliary main frames on the outer side are connected through galvanized steel pipes; assembling a climbing frame on the flat ground, slowly hoisting the climbing frame by using a tower crane, and adjusting the climbing frame to be vertically opposite to the mounting part; after the climbing frame is assembled on the flat ground, the tower crane is controlled by the hydraulic lifting system to hoist the climbing frame to a mounting part, and the climbing frame is moved by a worker and anchored into the guide device; anchoring parts are embedded in structural concrete according to the distance of a vertical main frame of the climbing frame, after concrete pouring is completed, a hanging base is installed, a guiding device is installed at the outer end of the hanging base, and a steel plate net is fixed to a galvanized steel pipe. The method can be suitable for construction of a climbing frame system of a super high-rise building with an irregular facade, sufficient safety protection is provided, and meanwhile the structural construction progress is not affected.
本发明公开了一种建筑工程爬架施工方法,所述施工方法包括以下步骤:通过操作平台梁和斜拉杆连接固定;安装两根金属梁作为操作平台支撑,在金属梁上安装跳板,外侧竖向副主框用镀锌钢管连接;在平地上组装好爬架,用塔吊慢慢吊起,调整爬架竖向正对安装部位;爬架在平地上组装完成后,通过液压提升系统控制塔吊将爬架吊运到安装部位,通过工人移动,锚入导向装置;根据爬架竖向主框距离在结构混凝土预埋锚固件,待混凝土浇筑完后,安装挂座,挂座外端头安装导向装置,并把钢板网固定在镀锌钢管上。本发明可以适用于不规则外立面的超高层建筑爬架体系施工,提供足够安全防护,同时不影响结构施工进度。
