The invention discloses a climbing device for constructional engineering. The climbing device comprises a base, a cavity is formed in the middle of the top of the base, the other end of the cavity isrotationally connected with a first crawling ladder assembly, a second crawling ladder assembly is hinged to the end of the first crawling ladder assembly, the first crawling ladder assembly and the second crawling ladder assembly are each composed of a plurality of telescopic crawling ladders, connecting assemblies are fixedly connected to the two sides of the joint between the first crawling ladder assembly and the second crawling ladder assembly, universal wheels are fixedly installed on the periphery of the bottom end of the base, and supporting rods are rotatably connected to additional plates on the two sides of the base. According to the climbing device for constructional engineering, the crawling ladders are installed at the upper end of the base, the universal wheels are installedbelow the base, and the supporting rods are installed at the two ends of the base, so that the rapid moving effect is achieved, time is saved, and the efficiency is improved; meanwhile, supporting isstable, and safety is high; and in addition, for the climbing device, a herringbone ladder can be changed into a long ladder, and the application range is wider.
