The upper end of the vertical anchor rod extends into the groove and penetrates through a first sleeve on the supporting seat; one end of the inclined anchor rod is poured in the precast concrete foundation, and the other end of the inclined anchor rod obliquely extends into the groove downwards and is close to the edge of the upper surface of the supporting seat; a second sleeve corresponding to the first sleeve is further arranged on the tower base. According to the invention, the rapid alignment of the pole tower and the supporting seat is realized, and the influence of weather is avoided.
