A large-span truss high-altitude traction sliding shoe designing and manufacturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a truss stretches across a door-shaped frame of a coke oven machine side end table and an intermediate table, and four sliding shoes are used for bearing and sliding, and b, sliding shoe top plates are designed according to the size of a truss base; c, the connecting position of the sliding shoe longitudinal inclined web and the bottom plate is located in the supporting range of a heavy object moving device to reinforce the bottom plate, and the connecting position of the sliding shoe longitudinal inclined web and the top plate is located in the supporting range of a main truss support to reinforce the top plate; d, the sliding shoe transverse web is connected with the longitudinal inclined web, the top plate, the bottom plate and the middle web to form integral bearing; and e, checking the structural strength and rigidity of the sliding shoe by using a space rod system finite element method of a 3D3S program. The design and manufacturing method of the large-span truss high-altitude traction sliding shoe has the advantages that the sliding shoe is simple in structure, a finished product is convenient to manufacture, the sliding shoe can be repeatedly used, the engineering quality is safe and reliable, the rigidity, strength and stability of the sliding shoe meet the requirements, and the sliding shoe is safe, reliable and low in engineering cost.
一种大跨度桁架高空牵引滑靴设计、制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、桁架横跨在焦炉机侧端台、间台的门型框架上,使用四个滑靴承载滑移,b、滑靴顶板根据桁架底座尺寸设计,c、滑靴纵向斜腹板与底板连接处位于重物移运器支撑范围内对底板加强,滑靴纵向斜腹板与顶板连接处位于主桁架支座支撑范围内对顶板加强,d、滑靴横向腹板连接纵向斜腹板、顶板、底板、中间腹板形成整体承载,e、使用3D3S程序的空间杆系有限元方法对滑靴结构强度、刚度进行校核。本发明的大跨度桁架高空牵引滑靴设计、制作方法具有滑靴结构简单,成品制作方便,可反复使用,工程质量安全可靠,滑靴刚度、强度、稳定性满足要求,安全可靠和工程成本低的优点。
