The invention provides high-density ardealite-based aggregate as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of solid wastes. According to the invention, the three groups of double-roller devices are used for repeated extrusion molding to prepare granular aggregate, so that bubbles in a mixture are discharged, and all material particles are in close contact, thereby greatly improving the compactness and the initial strength, not only improving the early pelletizing rate, but also improving the strength and other physical and mechanical properties of the aggregate in the middle and later periods; meanwhile, the production period of the high-density ardealite-based aggregate is greatly shortened. Moreover, the granular aggregate is molded by the grooves in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and the specification and size of the grooves can be adjusted, so that the particle size of the high-density ardealite-based aggregate is easy to accurately control, and a foundation is provided for large-scale production of the ardealite-based aggregate with specified specification and size.
本发明提供了一种高密度磷石膏基骨料及其制备方法和应用,涉及固废综合利用技术领域。本发明利用三组对辊装置进行反复挤压塑形制备颗粒骨料,使得混合料中的气泡得以排出,使各物料颗粒紧密接触,从而大大提高了密实度和初始强度,不但可以提高早期的成球率,也可以提高骨料中后期的强度和其它物理力学性能;同时,还大大缩短了高密度磷石膏基骨料的生产周期。而且,本发明的颗粒骨料由纵、横方向的凹槽塑形完成,凹槽的规格尺寸可调整,使得高密度磷石膏基骨料的颗粒大小易于精准控制,为大规模生产指定规格尺寸的磷石膏基骨料提供了基础。
