The desalination treatment device for using the sea sand as the building sand comprises a treatment box, a separation net plate, a main control unit, a chloride ion concentration sensor and a desalination mechanism, the separation net plate forms a treatment cavity in the treatment box, and the desalination mechanism comprises a hydraulic rod, a moving plate, a position adjusting mechanism, a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, a third electrode plate and a rotating cylinder. In the initial condition, the first electrode plate can form an electric field in the treatment cavity, chloride ions move to the two sides of the separation net plate, the concentration of the chloride ions can be detected through the chloride ion concentration sensor, and the sea sand in the treatment cavity is divided into different chlorine content intervals according to the detected chloride ion concentration; after the position adjusting mechanism moves the second electrode plate and the third electrode plate with large electric quantity to one side of the rotating cylinder, the rotating cylinder grabs the second electrode plate and the third electrode plate and replaces the first electrode plate for position exchange, and finally electric fields with different intensities can be formed in the processing cavity so as to facilitate rapid removal of chloride ions.
