The equipment comprises a tank body, a conveying device, a first electrolysis device and a chlorine treatment device, wherein a first electrolytic tank is arranged in the tank body; the conveying device comprises a conveyor belt arranged in an inclined manner, one end of the conveyor belt is arranged in the first electrolytic tank, and the other end extends out of the tank body; the first electrolysis device is arranged at one end of the conveyor belt arranged in the first electrolytic tank; the first electrolysis device comprises a first anode screen plate, a first diaphragm and a first cathode plate which are correspondingly arranged from top to bottom; the conveyor belt is arranged between the first anode screen plate and the first cathode plate; the chlorine treatment device comprises a chlorine collection shell with an opening in the lower end, an inserting opening is formed in one side of the chlorine collection shell, andthe first anode screen plate and the first diaphragm are detachably arranged in the inserting opening. According to the equipment, sea sand is desalted and dechlorinated in an electrolysis mode, the dechlorination effect is better, the sea sand desalination quality is high, fresh water is less than that of a water washing sand desalination mode, and fresh water resources are greatly saved.
