The invention discloses an underwater crack self-repairing concrete suitable for cold regions and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of adsorption material preparation, and the concrete comprises the following components by mass: 1020-1120 parts of recycled coarse aggregate which is immobilized with microorganisms and has a particle size of 4.75-20 mm, 55-60 parts of ceramsite which is immobilized with microorganisms and has a particle size of 2.36-4.75 mm, 120-145 parts of ceramsite which is immobilized with nutrients and has a particle size of less than 2.36 mm, 350-410 parts of cement, and 375-425 parts of sand. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-90 parts of fly ash, 40-60 parts of silica fume, 10-13 parts of UWB-II anti-dispersing agent, 3-4 parts of polypropylene fiber, 4-7 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 200-250 parts of mixing water. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a sludge mixed solution; preparing a facultative aerobic selective culture medium; microbial acclimatization; preparing a mixed bacteria suspension; preparing regenerated coarse aggregate for adsorbing the bacterial liquid; preparing ceramsite immobilized with microorganisms; preparing ceramsite for immobilizing nutrient substances; and preparing the self-repairing concrete. A self-diagnosis self-repairing crack repairing technology is provided for the underwater concrete in the cold region, and the durability of the underwater concrete in the cold region is improved.
