Paper pulp fiber doped carbonized foam concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a paper pulp fiber doped carbonized foam concrete material and a preparation method thereof. Mixing and pre-stirring a cementing material, an inert filler and water to obtain slurry, adding the paper pulp fibers into the slurry, and uniformly stirring again; mixing a foaming agent with water, then adding the mixture into the slurry, stirring to form foam concrete, and then pouring and molding; and drying the molded blank at room temperature, and carbonizing and curing the dried blank in a carbonization reaction kettle to obtain the concrete material. The paper pulp fiber doped carbon mineralized foam concrete prepared by the invention has excellent thermal insulation performance and compressive strength, and on one hand, the doping of the paper pulp fiber can form an interlaced network structure to enhance the stability of the slurry during the pre-curing period; on the other hand, the micropore characteristics of the paper pulp fibers can provide more gas transmission channels in the carbonization period to increase the carbonization degree, and the high reference and utilization value is achieved for large-scale carbonized products.
本发明公开了一种纸浆纤维掺杂的碳化泡沫混凝土材料及其制备方法。将胶凝材料,惰性填料和水混合预搅拌得到浆体,再将纸浆纤维加入到浆体中再次搅拌均匀;将发泡剂与水混合,然后加入浆体中拌和,形成泡沫混凝土后浇筑成型;将成型好的坯体置于室温下干燥,然后置于碳化反应釜中碳化养护即制备得到所述混凝土材料。本发明制得的纸浆纤维掺杂的碳矿化泡沫混凝土具有优良的保温隔热性能以及抗压强度,其中纸浆纤维的掺入一方面能够形成相互交织的网络结构加强浆体在预养护期间稳定性,另一方面纸浆纤维的微孔特征能够提供更多碳化期间的气体传输通道增加碳化程度,对于大尺度碳化制品有很高的参考与利用价值。
