The method comprises the following specific steps that S1, a certain amount of coral sand is taken and ground, ground coral sand is prepared, and the average particle size of the ground coral sand is 150 nm; s2, adding a certain amount of stearic acid into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring and dissolving to prepare a stearic acid solution; s3, adding a certain amount of ground coral sand into a stearic acid solution, and stirring to obtain super-hydrophobic ground coral sand; s4, spraying the super-hydrophobic ground coral sand on the surface of the newly poured concrete; and S5, after spraying, concrete is cured and dried, and the micro-nano multi-level bionic super-hydrophobic coral sand anti-corrosion coating is formed. The super-hydrophobicity of the coral sand is realized by utilizing an environment-friendly method, a way for applying the coral sand to the concrete is provided, and the corrosion resistance of the ocean engineering concrete is improved.
