The invention provides a super-hydrophobic bionic coating for a ceramic-based composite material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 50 parts of cured resin, 8 to 15 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 3 to 10 parts of boehmite nano powder, 0.8 to 2 parts of silane coupling agent, 20 to 40 parts of silicate ester, 5 to 18 parts of acetic acid, 40 to 90 parts of organic solvent and 4 to 8 parts of distilled water. Silicate ester, an organic solvent, distilled water, acetic acid and a silane coupling agent react to form a hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide micro-nano structure, and then the hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide micro-nano structure is mixed with cured resin, polydimethylsiloxane and boehmite nano powder, so that the coating has better and specific composite surface roughness, and the hydrophobic effect is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种陶瓷基复合材料用超疏水仿生涂料,按重量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备得到:固化树脂20~50份,聚二甲基硅氧烷8~15份,勃姆石纳米粉3~10份,硅烷偶联剂0.8~2份,硅酸酯20~40份,乙酸5~18份,有机溶剂40~90份,蒸馏水4~8份。本发明利用硅酸酯、有机溶剂、蒸馏水、乙酸和硅烷偶联剂反应形成疏水的纳米二氧化硅微纳米结构,然后再与固化树脂、聚二甲基硅氧烷和勃姆石纳米粉混合,使得涂层具有较好、特定的复合表面粗糙度,大幅提高疏水效果。
