Asphalt concrete pavement structure and paving method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, and provides an asphalt concrete pavement structure and a paving method thereof.The asphalt concrete pavement structure comprises an anti-skid wearing layer of 1.5-2.5 cm, a bonding layer, an anti-rut bearing layer of 5-8 cm, an anti-fatigue stress absorbing layer of 1.5-2 cm, a permeable layer and a base layer from top to bottom; the anti-rutting bearing layer contains an asphalt modifier which takes PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) recycled material, SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene), LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), isocyanate and a compatibilizer as main components. The pavement structure is easy to pave, so that the pavement structure is greatly thinned, the track problem is obviously reduced while the high PET recycled material utilization rate is realized, the durability of the pavement is improved, the low-temperature cracking resistance of the pavement is improved, and the service life of the asphalt upper surface layer is not less than 15 years when the pavement structure is in a heavy traffic condition; the service life of other structural layers is not less than 30 years, and the service life of the pavement is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及道路工程技术领域,提供一种沥青混凝土路面结构及其铺装方法,该沥青混凝土路面结构自上而下为1.5~2.5cm的抗滑磨耗层、粘结层、5~8cm抗车辙承重层、1.5~2cm的抗疲劳应力吸收层、透层和基层;所述抗车辙承重层中含有由PET回收物、SBS、LDPE、异氰酸酯和增容剂为主要组分的沥青改性剂。该路面结构易于铺装,使路面结构大大减薄,在实现高的PET回收物利用率的同时还显著减少车辙问题以及提高路面的耐用性,改善路面低温抗开裂,路面结构在重载交通条件下,沥青上面层使用寿命不少于15年,其它结构层使用寿命不少于30年的耐久性路面结构,大幅度提高路面使用寿命。
