A strip-shaped horizontal supporting plate perpendicularly and fixedly connected with the rotating sleeve is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the rotating sleeve, and a positioning structure is arranged at the end, away from the rotating sleeve, of the strip-shaped horizontal supporting plate. The strip-shaped horizontal supporting plate and the supporting structure thereof are fixed in the back groove of the supporting plate by the positioning structure; when the supporting device is used, the strip-shaped horizontal supporting plate and the supporting structure of the strip-shaped horizontal supporting plate are screwed out of the back groove of the supporting plate, and the positioning structure fixes the strip-shaped horizontal supporting plate and the supporting structure of the strip-shaped horizontal supporting plate on the ground.
