By means of the anchor cable self-adaptive locking device, each anchor cable bundle can be locked at a time, it is guaranteed that the clamping piece locking thrust values of the anchor cables are the same, the difficult problem that the locking quality of a traditional anchor cable structure is unstable is solved, the safety of anchor cable engineering is improved, and the service life of the anchor cable engineering is prolonged.
本发明提供了一种锚索自适应锁定装置，通过L形环状活塞、封闭环将环状活塞空腔分隔成上部空间和下部空间，上部空间与锁定进、出油口连通，下部空间与卸载进、出油口连通，L形环状活塞下部与锚索夹片接触；所有上部空间之间设有横向连通孔，所有下部空间之间也设有横向连通孔，连通的上部空间和连通的下部空间上部各设一个顶部排气孔；采用本发明锚索自适应锁定装置能够一次性锁定每束锚索，并确保每束锚索的夹片锁定推力值相同，解决了传统锚索结构锁定质量不稳定的棘手问题，提高了锚索工程的安全性和使用寿命。
