The invention discloses a suspension bridge cable clamp fire-resistant and corrosion-resistant integrated protection system which comprises a main cable, a cable clamp, protection layers, a first sealing layer and a second sealing layer, the protection layers are arranged on the outer surfaces of the cable clamp and the main cable, the first sealing layer is arranged on the contact face of the cable clamp and the main cable, and the second sealing layer is arranged in a gap of the cable clamp. The protective layer comprises a primer layer, a middle paint layer, a fireproof coating and a finish paint layer from inside to outside in the thickness direction; the second sealing layer comprises a sealing material, a sealant, a sealing strip and a fireproof sealant, and a protective layer is arranged on the outer side of the sealing strip. The invention further discloses a construction method of the fire-resistant and corrosion-resistant integrated protection system for the cable clamp of the suspension bridge.
