The invention provides a floating device for spilled oil recovery, and belongs to the technical field of offshore spilled oil recovery. The device comprises a floating body, a conveying belt, a first oil suction pump and two collecting mechanisms, an oil collecting cavity and a separating cavity are formed in the floating body, a first through hole is formed in the bottom of the separating cavity in a penetrating mode, an inclined channel is formed in the right side of the floating body, the conveying belt is arranged in the inclined channel, and oil suction cotton is arranged on the belt face of the conveying belt; an inlet of the first oil suction pump is communicated with the separation cavity through an adjusting mechanism, an outlet of the first oil suction pump is communicated with the oil collection cavity through a pipe, the two collection mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the right side of the floating body, and each collection mechanism comprises a rotating plate and an electric oil cylinder; a floating block is arranged on the lower side edge of the rotating plate, one end of an electric oil cylinder is hinged to the right side face of the floating body, and the other end of the electric oil cylinder is hinged to the rotating plate.
