A one-way valve and a flow guide plate are fixedly installed on the surface of the machine shell, and a spiral propeller is fixedly installed at the rear end of the machine shell. The first hydraulic cylinder drives the oil suction mechanism to ascend and descend, the second hydraulic cylinder drives the movable plate to flexibly control opening or closing of the opening, marine organisms are not damaged by spilled oil recovery, and the third hydraulic cylinder of the oil suction mechanism drives the fixing frame and the rotating rod fixing plate to unfold or fold the oil suction sponge. An extrusion mechanism and an oil-water separation filter membrane on the top surface of a conical hopper are matched for secondary filtration, the spilled oil recovery efficiency is high, and a solar panel is arranged on the top surface of the shell to effectively reduce the recovery cost.
