The invention relates to an anti-floating bag type anchor rod prestress detection system which comprises a twisted steel bar, a tensioning end plate is arranged at the upper end of the twisted steel bar, a pre-tightening device is arranged on the upper surface of the tensioning end plate, and a detection sensor is arranged above the pre-tightening device. The detection sensor is parallel to the twisted steel, the two ends of the detection sensor are fixedly connected with the twisted steel, a main end plate is arranged above the detection sensor, a main nut is arranged above the main end plate, the main nut is in threaded connection with the twisted steel, a raft plate is arranged above the tensioning end plate, and the end of the twisted steel is located in the raft plate; the detection sensor is connected with a cable extending out of the raft, and the prestress of the twisted steel is distributed on the twisted steel below the pre-tightening device before the construction of the raft is completed; after the raft is constructed, the pre-stress of the twisted steel is transmitted to the twisted steel part corresponding to the detection sensor through the loosening pre-tightening device. The device has the effect that the prestress formed by the tensioning force of the twisted steel can be detected.
