Improved graded pressurizing water supply system and method
The invention discloses an improved staged pressurized water supply system and method. The method comprises the steps that a booster pump bypass pipeline is arranged on a pipeline formed by a water storage facility, a primary pump, a primary pump outlet check valve, a booster pump and a booster pump outlet check valve which are sequentially connected through pipelines; wherein one end of the booster pump bypass pipeline is communicated with the booster pump inlet pipeline, the other end of the booster pump bypass pipeline is communicated with the booster pump outlet pipeline, and a booster pump bypass check valve is arranged on the booster pump bypass pipeline. Compared with a traditional mode that each stage of pump is respectively provided with a recirculation pipeline, by arranging the booster pump bypass, one set of recirculation pipeline and valve is reduced, the system is simplified, and the investment is saved.
本发明公开一种改进的分级加压供水系统和方法。所述的方法为,在通过管道依次连接的储水设施、初级泵、初级泵出口止回阀、增压泵、增压泵出口止回阀所形成的管路上设置一增压泵旁路管路;其中,所述的增压泵旁路管路一端与增压泵进口管道连通,增压泵旁路管路另一端与增压泵出口管道连通,在所述的增压泵旁路管路上设置有增压泵旁路止回阀。与传统的各级泵分别设置再循环管路的方式相比,本发明通过设置增压泵旁路,减少了一套再循环管路及阀门,精简了系统,且节省了投资。
