Pressurizing and desilting device and method for water supply well
The device comprises an air compressor arranged at a water supply well mouth, an air outlet of the air compressor is connected with an air supply pipe, the air supply pipe is connected with a silt discharging pipe, and one end of the silt discharging pipe extends into a silt layer of the water supply well; during use, the air compressor with proper power is selected, and the air supply pipe and the silt discharge pipe are mounted, so that high-pressure air can be conveyed to the well bottom; the air compressor is installed at the position close to a well mouth, the number of the split type steel pipes is increased or decreased according to the depth of the well bottom, and the silt discharging pipe with the preset length is formed; the pipeline joint is used for connecting the air supply pipe to the silt discharge pipe; the air compressor is started to generate high-pressure gas, the gas is conveyed into the silt discharging pipe through the gas supply pipe to generate high pressure to be conveyed into the silt layer, and the silt layer is gradually flushed out through the silt discharging pipe; the method solves the problems that in the prior art, water supply well dredging depends on manual or mechanical dredging, and efficiency is low, and has the advantages that stasis can be discharged through air pressure, the structure is simple, arrangement is easy, and operation efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种供水井充压清淤装置及方法,装置包括设置在供水井口的空压机,空压机出风口连接有送风管,送风管与排淤管连接,排淤管一端伸入供水井的淤泥层内;使用时,选择适合功率的空压机,并安装供气管和排淤管,使高压气体能够输送至井底;将空压机安装在离井口较近的位置,根据井底深度增减分体式钢管数量,组成预定长度的排淤管;将供气管连接至排淤管的管道接头;启动空压机产生高压气体,通过供气管将气体输送至排淤管内产生高压送入淤泥层中,淤泥层逐步通过排淤管冲出;该方法解决了现有技术的供水井清淤依赖人工或机械进行清淤,效率较低的问题,具有可通过气压进行排瘀,结构简单易于布设,极大地提升了作业效率的特点。
