Assembling method of fabricated wall
According to the assembly method of the assembly type wall body, the assembly type wall body comprises brick bodies, bottom connecting pieces, reinforcing ribs and angle steel, and the assembly method of the assembly type wall body comprises the following steps that the left side and the right side of the first layer of brick bodies are sequentially and tightly laid in rows in an inserted mode, and the first layer of brick bodies are placed on the bottom connecting pieces; second-layer brick bodies are arranged on the first-layer laid brick bodies in a staggered mode, and the bottoms of the second-layer brick bodies and the tops of the first-layer brick bodies are limited and fixed through positioning structures; the operation is repeated until the preset height is reached; and finally, reinforcing ribs sequentially penetrate through the brick bodies of all the layers and the embedded angle steel from top to bottom, the reinforcing ribs are welded to the bottom connecting pieces, and then assembly of the assembly type wall is completed. The fabricated wall is high in overall strength, the assembly method is simple and rapid, prefabrication can be conducted in a factory, and the construction time and labor cost of building site masonry are greatly saved.
一种装配式墙体的装配方法，装配式墙体包括砖体、底部连接件、加强筋和角钢，该装配式墙体的装配步骤如下：第一层砖体左右两侧通过插接依次紧密摆列铺设成行，第一层砖体放置在底部连接件上；在第一层铺设好的砖体上，再交错排列第二层砖体，第二层砖体的底部与第一层砖体的顶部之间通过定位结构限位并固定；重复上述操作直至预定高度；再将角钢包裹住同一层砖体，最后将加强筋从上至下依次贯穿各层的砖体及嵌入的角钢，并焊接于底部连接件，即完成装配式墙体的装配。该装配式墙体整体强度较高，装配方法简单快捷，并且可以在工厂先预制，大大节省了建筑现场砌筑的施工时间及人工成本。
