The invention discloses a fabricated wall structure and an assembly method.The wall structure comprises a plurality of wall units, left convex structures are arranged on the left sides of the wall units, right concave structures are arranged on the right sides of the wall units, steel plates are installed at the tops of the wall units and provided with top convex structures, and the right ends of the steel plates protrude out of the right side faces of the wall units and are provided with strip-shaped holes; threaded holes are formed in the left sides of the tops of the wall units. The assembling method comprises the steps that a bolt penetrates through a strip-shaped hole of a fixed wall unit and then is screwed into a threaded hole of a movable wall unit, and a worker pushes the movable wall unit, so that a convex structure on the left side of the movable wall unit and a concave structure on the right side of the fixed wall unit are assembled together. The two assembled wall units are accurately matched, and the bolts still keep the relative positions of the two wall units, so that no assembly stress exists at the assembly position of the two wall units or the assembly stress is effectively reduced.
