The invention discloses a pebble wall structure with wood doors and windows and a construction method thereof, and the pebble wall structure comprises a mortar-built pebble wall which is built between two layers of horizontal structures which are adjacent up and down, and door and window holes are formed in the mortar-built pebble wall; the two hidden constructional columns are buried in the mortar masonry pebble wall, the two ends of each hidden constructional column are connected to the two layers of horizontal structures correspondingly, the two hidden constructional columns are arranged on the two opposite sides of the door and window opening correspondingly, and connecting pieces are installed on the opposite sides of the two constructional columns correspondingly; the connecting piece extends into the door and window hole; and the wood door and window is embedded in the door and window hole and is connected to a connecting piece on the two constructional columns. The problem that the installation stability of wood doors and windows is low when the wood doors and windows are installed in the mortar pebble wall with poor overall stability is solved.
