Ultrahigh large-span anti-seismic double-curved-surface GRG ceiling system
The invention discloses an ultrahigh large-span anti-seismic hyperboloid GRG suspended ceiling system. The system comprises a steel frame transfer layer system, a hanging assembly and a GRG module which are connected in sequence. The steel frame transfer layer system is manufactured in a modularized mode and installed on a steel structure truss of a building through the hoop transfer assemblies, only bolt and nut connecting and fixing operation needs to be carried out in field installation, and construction and installation are convenient. The longitudinal position and the transverse position of the hanging assembly are adjustable. The embedded steel bar frame is embedded in the GRG module, so that the overall strength and the anti-seismic property of the module can be improved, and the stability of the module during hoisting can also be improved. The embedded steel bar frame is provided with an adapter used for being connected with the hanging assembly. And the anti-cracking closing-up assemblies are arranged at the abutted seams of the GRG modules, so that the integrity and the crack resistance between the modules can be improved, and meanwhile, the transportation loss and the later maintenance cost of the modules are reduced.
本发明公开了一种超高大跨度抗震双曲面GRG吊顶系统,包括依次连接的钢架转换层体系、吊挂组件和GRG模块。钢架转换层体系进行模块化制作,通过抱箍转接组件安装于建筑的钢结构桁架上,现场安装只需进行螺栓螺母的连接固定操作,施工安装方便。吊挂组件的纵向、横向位置可调。GRG模块预埋有植筋框架,可提高模块的整体强度和抗震性能,也能提高模块吊装时的稳定性。植筋框架设置有用于连接吊挂组件的转接件。GRG模块的拼缝处设置防开裂收口组件,可增加模块之间整体性和抗裂性的同时,减少模块运输损耗和后期维修成本。
