The first gear and the second gear are both rotationally connected with fixing blocks, a sliding rod is connected between the two fixing blocks and provided with an adjusting device in a penetrating mode, the inner side of the adjusting device is rotationally connected with a third gear, the first gear and the second gear are wrapped by a chain, the inner side of the third gear is fixedly connected with a rotating cylinder, and the other end of a supporting rod is connected with a hose. The hose is connected with the vibrating roller. When the device is moved, the roller rotates to drive the vibration rod to vibrate concrete, and the concrete vibration time can be controlled through the moving speed of the device, so that the problems that the depth of the vibration rod in the concrete and whether the concrete is uniformly vibrated in the vibration time are difficult to determine in an existing device are solved.
