The invention discloses a pitched roof concrete vibrating and polishing device and a using method thereof.The pitched roof concrete vibrating and polishing device is characterized in that a storage battery is arranged in an inner cavity of a fixed box and used for driving a reciprocating mechanism arranged in the box, the reciprocating mechanism comprises a motor, a rotating shaft, a rotating plate, a fixed rod, a moving frame, a moving rod and a vibrating plate, and the motor is bolted to the back face of the inner cavity of the box; the surface of the rotating shaft is in key connection with one end of a rotating plate, and the other end of the rotating plate is in bolted connection with a fixing rod; an inner cavity of the box body is slidably connected with a movable frame, and the fixed rod penetrates through the movable frame and is fixedly connected with the movable frame; moving rods are bolted to the two sides of the bottom of the moving frame, and the bottoms of the moving rods penetrate through the box body and are bolted with vibrating plates; the vibrating plate is driven by the reciprocating mechanism to ascend and descend in a reciprocating mode, so that pitched roof concrete is vibrated, through the structural design of the supporting column and the light receiving plate, when a user moves the device, the pitched roof concrete is subjected to light receiving, the labor intensity is low, and the concrete can be vibrated and subjected to light receiving.
