The micro-ventilation mechanism for the window is used for locking a sash frame of a window sash on a window frame and comprises a micro-ventilation base arranged on the sash frame, a first fixing base arranged on the window frame and a second fixing base arranged on the window frame, a lower sliding groove is formed in the micro-ventilation base, the micro-ventilation base is slidably connected with a main sliding base, a sliding block is slidably connected to the main sliding base, and a sliding groove is formed in the sliding block. An upper sliding groove communicated with the lower sliding groove is formed in the sliding block, the sliding block can vertically slide on the main sliding seat, the position of the sliding block is locked through a locking mechanism, the sliding block is reset through a first reset mechanism, and a first short column is arranged on the main sliding seat; the first fixing seat is rotationally connected with a pull rod, the upper end of the pull rod is provided with a clasp nail capable of sliding on the upper sliding groove and the lower sliding groove, and a second reset mechanism is arranged between the pull rod and the first fixing seat; and a second short column is arranged on the second fixed seat.
