The invention belongs to the technical field of ventilation windows, and particularly relates to an electric micro ventilation window system which comprises an outer window frame, a longitudinal partition profile is arranged on one side of the interior of the outer window frame and divides the left side and the right side of the interior of the outer window frame into a glass mounting opening and a micro ventilation opening, and a storage space is formed in the right side of the partition profile; glass is mounted in the glass mounting opening; the folding ventilation mechanism is arranged in the storage space, and a driving mechanism used for stretching or retracting the folding ventilation mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the folding ventilation mechanism. The folding ventilation mechanism is arranged in the micro ventilation opening, so that the micro ventilation opening can be opened and closed according to different use conditions, and adjustment can be performed according to different conditions to adapt to different use environments; by using the folding ventilation mechanism, the micro ventilation opening can be integrally opened or closed in a folding or unfolding mode, and the occupied space can be reduced during storage through the folding mode.
