Sectional type deepwater jacket foundation and assembly method thereof
The sectional type deepwater jacket foundation comprises a jacket base and a jacket upper frame, the jacket base and the jacket upper frame are connected through a negative pressure installation part, the negative pressure installation part comprises a negative pressure cavity and an assembly column, a connector is arranged on the side wall of the top of the negative pressure cavity, an external negative pressure pump is connected with the connector, and the assembly column is connected with the negative pressure cavity. The assembling column is inserted into the negative pressure cavity, the negative pressure cavity is formed in the bottom of the jacket upper frame, and the assembling column is arranged on the top of the jacket base. The multi-section jacket can reduce the construction and transportation cost and difficulty, the sectional type installation construction can reduce the scale requirement for offshore construction equipment, and one large-scale installation is disassembled into installation construction of multiple parts. The application of the negative pressure cylinder and the guide rope can reduce the construction difficulty of connection of all sections of the jacket, meanwhile, the negative pressure cylinder and the elastic buckle can also improve the anti-pulling performance of the jacket structure, and the negative pressure cylinder can also prevent seawater corrosion of the connection part.
本发明公开一种分段式深水导管架基础及其装配方法,包括导管架底座和导管架上架,导管架底座与导管架上架之间通过负压安装件连接,负压安装件包括负压腔和装配柱,负压腔的顶部侧壁设置有接口,外接的负压泵与接口连接,装配柱插接在负压腔内,负压腔设置在导管架上架的底部,装配柱设置在导管架底座的顶部。多段导管架能够降低建造、运输成本与难度,分段式的安装施工能够降低对于海上施工装备的规模要求,将一个大型安装拆解为多个部分的安装施工。负压筒以及导向绳的应用能够降低导管架各段连接的施工难度,同时负压筒与弹性卡扣也能提高导管架结构的抗拔性能,并且负压筒也能够防治连接部分的海水腐蚀。
