A solar power station support foundation torsional rigidity testing device disclosed by the present invention comprises a torsion member, jacks, a counter-force device and a measuring device, the measuring device comprises a load measuring device and a displacement sensor, the torsion member is connected with the support foundation, the jacks are symmetrically installed at two sides of the support foundation, and the counter-force device is connected with the load measuring device. The jack applies loads to the two sides of the to-be-measured support foundation, the counter-force device applies pressure downwards to the to-be-measured support foundation, the load measuring device is used for obtaining a load value, the displacement sensor obtains displacement, and the torsional rigidity of the to-be-measured support foundation is obtained through the load value and the displacement. The device for testing the torsional rigidity of the support foundation of the solar power station is simple in structure, high in field operability and high in test data accuracy.
