The invention discloses a solar power station support foundation lateral rigidity testing device, which comprises a cantilever member, a support foundation, a jack, a loading counterforce device and a measuring device, the measuring device comprises a load measuring device and a displacement sensor, the cantilever member is connected with the support foundation, the jack is arranged on one side of the support foundation, and the displacement sensor is arranged on the other side of the support foundation. The jack applies a load to one side of a to-be-measured support foundation, the loading counter-force device applies pressure downwards to the to-be-measured support foundation, the load measuring device is used for obtaining a load value of the support foundation, the displacement sensor obtains displacement of the support foundation, and the lateral rigidity of the support foundation is obtained through the load value and the displacement; two sides of the support base are provided with inclination angle testers. The invention provides a solar power station support foundation lateral rigidity testing device which is simple in structure, high in field operability and high in test data accuracy.
